• Tennis is cancelled today.
• Attention Cheerleaders:  Practice is cancelled today, October 2.  Please be prepared to go to tumbling tomorrow at 3:15 p.m.
• There will be a brief French Club meeting after school on today in Room 105.
• There is a Latin Club meeting after school on Wednesday, October 3 in Room 105.  All are welcome!
• Attention 8th Grade Parents:  The due date for the deposit for the Chicago trip is rapidly approaching.  To secure a place for your 8th grader on the trip, please have your $100 deposit paid by October 26th.  Please make checks payable to the “Wyoming Board of Education.”

• All 7^th and 8^th grade girls who love playing basketball:  there will be an informational meeting right after school in Mr. Kunkel’s room (201) today from 3:15 to 3:30.  You can meet the coaches and find out when tryouts and the season start.  We’ll see you there!
• Fall Festival Book Booth:  Weare collecting used paperback books, cds, dvds, videos, audio books, board games, and software for the Fall Festival Book Booth.  Students, please bring your donations to your homeroom teacher to be counted, then take them to the gallery in the auditorium.  Parents are coming each day to sort them.
• Attention all 7th and 8th grade students interested in participating in Model United Nations:  Please pick up an information form outside of Mr. Allen’s room.  Your signed form is due Friday, October 5th.  See Mr. Allen with any questions.
• Fees:  If you have not paid your student fees, they are now past due.  Fees for 5th and 6th grade students are $35.00.  Fees for 7th and 8th grade students are $45.00.  You may pay them online, or send cash or a check (made out to “Wyoming Board of Education”) to the office.
• 7th and 8th Grade Students: Mark your calendars!  The first 7th & 8th Grade dance is Friday, October 5th from 7:00-9:00 pm  in the middle gym.  Tickets are $3.00 and will be sold during lunch on Thursday and Friday.
