Pennies for Patients
The Middle School will kick off our annual Penny Wars to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society March 9-13th. We will be one of 30, 000 schools nationwide to participate in this fundraiser.
What is Leukemia Lymphoma? This is a type of blood cancer that affects millions of Americans each year. Many times, people who suffer from blood cancer go through treatment for as long as three years.
How can you help? Bring in your pennies and other change! At lunch we will collect pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, as well as bills. You care competing against the other classes to have lunch in the courtyard. Pennies and bills will count positively toward your grade’s total, and silver coins will count against your total. So save those silver coins to put in the OTHER classes’ boxes at lunch!
Good luck and don’t forget that we start on Monday!

Do you or someone you know have a child entering kindergarten in the fall?

A Message from the Parent School Association:

Hello Cowboys! Believe it or not, it’s already time to start thinking about recruiting volunteers for PSA for the 2020-2021 school year! PSA could not accomplish all the great work that it does without parents and caregivers like you who are willing to give their time. Please consider completing the below volunteer interest form: https://wyomingpsa.wordpress.com/2020-2021-psa-volunteer-form/

If you have any questions about PSA for the 2020-2021 school year, please contact Wyoming PSA President-Elect Raquel Bevington at wpsa.president.elect@gmail.com

A Message from the 8th Grade Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Representatives

Eighth grade is an exciting year with many fun activities for your children and volunteer opportunities for you! Because many of these activities are not school-based activities, we are in the process of creating a Google Group to communicate the details. If you were in last year’s paper student directory you will be automatically added to this group. If you were not listed in the directory, please send an email to: wyoming2024parents@googlegroups.com to be added to sure you are kept up to date and your student is not left out. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to one of your PAC reps: Melanie Niklewski (513-560-2858 or theniklewskis@gmail.com) and Maria Seyerle (513-680-5400 or theseyerles@gmail.com).
