DRAMA NEEDS YOUR HELP!

SOS: “Joseph” Set Construction & Painting Volunteer Needs and Updates

Thank you to those who have signed up for Set Painting this Saturday at the middle school! Also this Saturday (Feb. 8), we are in need of handy folks, preferably with some building experience and good with tools, to begin Set Construction at David & Robin Klebanow’s garage and continuing for 2 weeks, to be scheduled by David and according to volunteers’ availability.
Pieces to be constructed include:

–40″ high double staircase
–mock jail cell (PVC pipe) — easy
–mock pit (easy construction)

David has tools, but it would be great to have extras on Saturday, including cordless drills, batteries, hammers, etc. David will have the building supplies ready! He can also provide guidance if parents are able to build 1or 2 above set pieces at their own homes.

Starting Sunday evening, March 1, all set pieces will need to be packed in a trailer and moved to the high school (5-10 pm).

Please see the SignUpGenius for ALL of these vital volunteer opportunities! The signup is in chronological order, so simply SCROLL DOWN to Saturday, Feb. 8. (AM Set construction at the Klebanows; PM Set painting at WMS Fay Auditorium) and Sunday, Mar. 1 PM transport to the WHS Pendery Center. Construction will continue during the daytime on Monday, March 2, and final details will get touched up Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4 AFTER REHEARSAL.
