Choir Concert Wednesday, May 17th

Time:  7:00 p.m.

Where:  Pendery Auditorium on the WHS campus

Student call time:  5th and 7th Grade = 6:30 p.m.   6th and 8th grade = 6:45 p.m./6:50 p.m.

What to Wear:  5th and 6th Grade = Dress clothes.  Black bottoms and White on top.  Boys may choose any color tie.   7th and 8th Grade = Khaki Pants and Black Wyoming Choir Polo Shirt



Dear 8th Grade Parents,

  • The 8th grade string students will be performing on Thursday, May 18th in the morning for the Primary 3/4 graders.
  • Students should meet at Hilltop to start their day at 8:10 with their instruments (home cellos/basses) and music. We will practice/perform from 8:15-11:00 and then walk back to the Middle School down Reily Road.
  • Please make arrangements to pick up your home cellos/basses from Hilltop on Thursday.
  • Students should wear Orchestra Blue Polo’s and casual bottoms.

May Fete is May 19th! Online pre-sales for ride bracelets and ticket sheets will open on May 12th and close at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17th. Buy early and save money! PLEASE NOTE, May Fete order forms WILL NOT be sent home with the students this year. You can print off an order form for in-person sales and access the information you need for online purchases here:
As you are aware, May Fete is just around the corner!  We are looking for parent volunteers to do ticket pre-sales at the middle school on May 17th and 18th.  I have created a sign-up genius.  The link is below.  As the PAC representatives, would be willing to send the sign-up genius out to the parents?  Thanks in advance for your help!

32nd annual Wyoming Art Show

The  Wyoming Art Show is one of southwestern Ohio/Greater Cincinnati’s premiere juried Art Shows and Competitions, held the 3rd Sunday in May along the tree-lined streets of historic Wyoming, Ohio.  This years show is on Sunday, May 21st, from 11 am to 5 pm.  Each year, over 125 regional fine arts exhibitors are selected to participate in our booth sales and competition.   A yearly highlight is a Children’s Art tent featuring submitted works from every grade level in the Wyoming City Schools.  A high school competition, sponsored by Wyoming LaRosa’s features over $900 in awards to Wyoming High School Seniors.  Great music, distinctive food offerings, and free children’s art activities complement a well-balanced, juried fine art show and sale.  Free admission & parking.



ANY STUDENT who plans on playing on a sport next year at the high school or middle school should plan to get a physical on May 20th at Beacon from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Information is on the Wyoming Athletics Website.
