Junior Women’s Club of Wyoming Holds Light Up Wyoming
Light Up Wyoming will be held on Saturday, December 12th in conjunction with the Wyoming Holiday Open House. In its 29th year, Light Up Wyoming is a longstanding tradition in the community with the goal of creating an “unbroken circle of light” to show holiday spirit. Light Up Wyoming is one of the primary fundraisers for the Junior Women’s Club of Wyoming, a non-profit organization that supports the local community through volunteering and fundraising. Each year, the club disburses funds locally through the Junior Women’s Club of Wyoming Foundation. Kits are $15 and come with enough supplies to make 20 luminaries. Order your kits before Thursday, December 3rd and receive FREE home delivery. Kits can be purchased on JWC’s website at www.jwc-wyoming.org/light-up-wyoming. In person sales will run December 5th & 6th at the High School Tennis Court Lot and December 5th & 12th at the Civic Center. For more information or to order for delivery using a check, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Grades 5-8 will perform their holiday concert on Tuesday, December 15 at 7:00 p.m. in Pendery Center. Students remember to bring your instruments and music. Dress for boys is a white shirt with black pants and socks. Dress for girls is a white shirt with black pants or a black skirt.
