Book Fair Icon for Blog


Make It Happen is collecting cereal for the Freestore Foodbank.  After our group’s work session assembling Power Packs for at-risk children we decided to collect boxes of cereal. These will be given to families with children.  Please send these in through Wednesday this week.  Make It Happen students will collect in the morning in the cafeteria or Mrs. Anglim’s art room.

Please join Wyoming Youth Services today, May 5th at 7pm at AH&T Church as we partner with Jennifer Bellman, PsyD, Lindner Center of HOPE to offer a presentation on HEALTHY VS. UNHEALTHY ADOLESCENT DEVELOPMENT. Jennifer will guide us through presentation and discussion about the typical “angst” of adolescent years, and what makes this age so difficult for adolescents themselves and for their parents.  Information presented will including warning signs that may indicate that struggles are beyond what is anticipated for this age group, as well as supportive resources.


Attention 8th Grade Parents – Friday, May 8th, is the day for the 8th grade panoramic picture.  The picture  is being taken in the middle school gym at 1:00 p.m.

Pinhole Photography  Pinhole Photography is back!  Please mark your calendars to attend the Pinhole Photo Reception on Thursday, May 28th from 6-8 PM  in the Middle School Art Gallery.






Cincinnati State is offering three free credit hours as part of their “3 and A Book” for qualified high school students and rising 9thgraders.  Interested students need to submit their high school transcripts or 8thgrade report card and fill out an application  The list of eligible courses is also available on the website.  For more information about “3 And A Book,” contact Lana Teeto at 569-1640 or  Keep in mind that this is NOT for high school credit; it is simply a summer enrichment opportunity and/or potentially college credit.

Attention students running for student council: All petitions are due to Mrs. Doblinger by Thursday, May 7. Petitions must be turned in to room 216 by 3:15 if you wish to run.


Attention students: Next week is spirit week! On Monday wear your favorite jersey! Tuesday you can wear a hat, Wednesday is Fancy Day and Thursday is Dress-a-like day! We will be collecting spare change/donations at lunch to benefit Relay for Life.
